I have always taken a personal interest in my health and wellbeing, from experimenting with diet changes, nutritional supplements, and various exercises and well-being activities to find a balance that supported me to feel good, supported my health, and created happiness within myself.


Studying Human Sciences, Biomedicine and Nutrition really helped me piece together holistically all the various elements and gave me an in-depth inner standing of the bodily processes and also dis-ease processes. 


Taking my wellness into my own hands was very empowering and so my journey in nutrition started. I wanted to share this knowledge with everyone so they too could understand prevention over cure. I am a registered and accredited nutritional therapist who specializes in several wellness therapies to best support both the mind and body. 


My nutritional therapy consultations are person-centered around your needs, by taking a holistic approach to you and your lifestyle to optimize your health and wellbeing to your highest potential. Using evidence-based nutritional science, I can support you by understanding and embracing the mind, body, and soul symptoms and emotions, and then creating a bespoke nutritional and lifestyle plan that fits in with your needs and motivation.

Discovery Call and Consultations :

I am offering a free 15-minute discovery call, why not get in contact and see if I can help and the best support you?

After the discovery call, if you feel empowered to take the next step with me in your journey to optimum health and wellbeing, we can book the initial consultation; which can take up to 1.5 hours. Before the consultation, I will request you keep a 5-day food diary to bring to the consultation.

After the initial consultation, you will receive your nutritional and lifestyle plan which is tailor-made to your needs and best considerations.


It is recommended that you receive a follow-up review session 6 weeks after the initial consultation; which can take up to an hour. This will allow you to assess progress, understand challenges, and further plan to overcome and the best support you.
